Harvest Kitchen aims to provide heartier and more savory meal options that align with its parent company, Vitality Bowls, and its commitment to health and allergy-friendly food. Launched last month, Harvest Kitchen is a hybrid virtual brand currently available in select markets across California, New York, New Jersey, Arizona, Texas, and Nebraska. Its menu features an array of sandwiches, salads, protein bowls, and wraps designed to complement Vitality Bowls’ original offerings.
“We wanted to innovate beyond our signature acai bowls and smoothies because we noticed our guests have a growing demand for hearty, nutritious meals that went beyond what we traditionally offered […],” said Tara Gilad, COO of Vitality Bowls.
By July 15, Harvest Kitchen plans to expand its availability systemwide, ensuring customers can enjoy its nutritious meals in stores and online.
