BY COMMUNITY IMPACT NEWS – Vitality Bowls is scheduled to open Oct. 25 at 24120 Hwy. 290, Cypress, near the Barker Cypress Road intersection. The eighth Vitality Bowls in Texas will be the first that will be run by Jay and Susan Johnson, who plan to open additional locations in the Greater Houston area, according to a company press release.

The California-based chain cafe offers bowl dishes made with superfoods, which are high in anti-oxidants and nutritional value. Menu items include the Dragon Bowl—made with organic pitaya, coconut milk and bananas—and the Vitality Bowl, made with organic açaí, strawberries and honey. The new Cypress location will also feature a full-service coffee bar that will offer espresso and superfood drinks as well as organic cold brew nitrogen-poured coffee and organic kombucha on tap.

COVID-19 information

As we diligently follow COVID-19 updates and developments from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), most Vitality Bowls locations remain open as our team closely follows all public health recommendations to keep our customers, employees and communities healthy and safe.

Our goal has always been to provide the most nutritious food possible to our customers, and we are dedicated to that mission now more than ever.

Some aspects of the Vitality Bowls experience have been modified, including some locations limiting dining experiences to take-out and delivery only. Please contact your local Vitality Bowls regarding in-store dining availability.

We are confident that we will get through this together as a community. In the meantime, Vitality Bowls is here for you, to provide healthy, nutritious meals for you and your family.
