The rapidly growing health food chain Vitality Bowls is opening a location in Clifton in the first half of 2026. If you’re not familiar, its menu includes healthful wraps, toasts, and panini as well as acai bowls, salads, cold-pressed juices, salads and more. It’s the third New Jersey location, joining the recently opened Hackensack and Harrison spots. Location is still to be determined.vitalitybowls.com.
