From Hannah Ortega at Austin American-Statesman in June, 2023:
Two new food-centric spaces are coming to the Bee Cave area this summer.
The first is the Bee Cave Farmers Market at Hill Country Galleria on 12700 Hill Country Blvd. The market will take place every Sunday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. beginning June 4.
According to a press release, the market will feature about 40 vendors, such as Austin Fine Jewelry and Goodie Dumplings, offering “fresh local produce, prepared foods, and other goods.” There is also a vendor application for those interested in selling at the market.

Vitality Bowls is North California-based and boasts over 130 U.S. locations. Local entrepreneurs Anshuk Saxena and Shereen Chand signed a lease with the company for the Bee Cave location.
“Anshuk and Shereen are exactly the right entrepreneurs to grow the brand in Bee Cave,” Vitality Bowls co-founder Tara Gilad said in a statement. “They embody the Vitality Bowls values and share the mission of bringing delicious and healthy food options to the community.”
