VITALITY BOWLS
CASTRO VALLEY
Vitality Bowls Castro Valley opened December 10th, 2015 at the busy intersection of Castro Valley Blvd and Redwood Rd. Located 25 miles from San Francisco, Castro Valley is the largest community in Alameda County and home to more than 61,000 Bay Area residents. There are many parks and trails in the city, which make it the perfect place for Vitality Bowls’ healthy offerings of acai bowls, smoothies, fresh juices, salads and Panini. The location also caters to local businesses and events.
Vitality Bowls Castro Valley owner, Debra Ochoa spent years in management prior to opening the restaurant. Her favorite menu items are the Detox Bowl, made from a blend of Organic Acai, Almond Milk, Flax Seed, Kale, Spirulina, Bananas and Strawberries; topped with Bananas, Blueberries, Almonds, Goji Berries and Honey. She also loves the Graviola Bowl, made from a blend of Graviola, Coconut Water, Mango Juice, Pineapple, Bananas, Strawberries and Kale; topped with Organic Granola, Bananas, Mulberries, Chia Seeds, and Honey.
“My passion in life is being healthy and sharing the knowledge of it with others. What I love most about Vitality Bowls is that it allows me to share my passion with local communities. A large percentage of people hear the word healthy and think it doesn’t taste good, however Vitality Bowls has shown that it’s delicious to eat healthier. As the owner I have the opportunity to help customers understand all the nutritional benefits the food provides them, while showing it’s satisfying and tasty too!” -Debra Ochoa
