“My favorite thing about owning a Vitality Bowls is the amazing, healthy food. I feel so energetic working here and love connecting with my customers.” -Divya Gupta
“When Vitality Bowls opened I was more than thrilled to have an affordable superfood cafe right down the street! Everything is so fresh and organic, you can taste the difference! I was also so happy to learn they serve Kombucha on tap! (ask for a sample) They also have a kids menu and are very family friendly, anyone could find something they like here.My favorite bowls are the nutty bowl and the dragon bowl. Every time I’ve eaten here I’ve been satisfied and felt better than when I walked in. I’d recommend this restaurant to everyone that is interested in high quality, good tasting food.” -Emma B. “I like this place because it’s pretty straight forward. You order your food/drinks and you take it to go or eat there, just like most places in San Diego. It makes things quick and easy and I’d take this “fast food” option any day over McDonalds. I got the Pitaya bowl (Dragon bowl) and it was a nice change from your typical acai bowl. I ate there so it was served in this cute metal bowl with generous toppings off strawberries, kiwi, almonds, goji berries, bee pollen and honey. My kids loved it. My husband got the Warrior acai bowl which had granola, bananas, strawberries, almonds, goji berries and honey for toppings. The base blend in the acai bowl had acai, almond milk, bananas, blueberries, raspberries, flax seed, broccoli and a multi-vitamin boost. Pretty loaded if you ask me. We loved it and want to come back. I’ll have to try the sandwiches and salads another time, but for now, they got my heart when it comes to the acai bowls.” -Cindy W. San Diego, CA
